Refund Policy

You can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed Paramount Clothings item with tags within 15 days of purchase. Please include a copy of your invoice and a reason for the return.

Returns must be sent to our address using a traceable delivery method, such as courier or registered mail. Note that delivery costs are non-refundable, so you will need to cover these expenses yourself.

Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will process your exchange or refund within 3 business days.
